Q: Are your products officially licensed?
A: No. All our designs are fan-made and not affiliated with, sponsored by, or licensed by any official organization. Names, logos, or symbols (if used) are for descriptive purposes only.
Q: What kind of apparel do you sell?
A: We offer custom printed apparel, including 2D printed T-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts (made in the USA), as well as 3D/All-Over-Print Hawaiian shirts, hoodies, ugly sweaters, and baseball jerseys (produced by our trusted partners in Asia).
Q: What materials do you use?
A: Most garments are made from high-quality cotton or cotton blends, using brands like Gildan, Comfort Colors, and Bella+Canvas.
Shipping
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A:
- 2D Printed (USA Fulfillment): 1–2 business days processing + 4–7 business days shipping
- 3D/AOP (Asia Fulfillment): 3–5 business days processing + 10–12 business days shipping
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, we offer free shipping within the USA.
Q: Will I get a tracking number?
A: Yes. You’ll receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 60 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original packaging.
Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
