Return & Exchange Policy
At Jann Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a clear and fair return process.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging
- Requests must be made within 60 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Customized or personalized items may only be returned if defective or damaged
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact our support team at cs@jannart.com with your order number and photos (if applicable)
- We will review your request within 1 business day
- Approved returns will receive a prepaid return shipping label
- Ship the item(s) back to our fulfillment center
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
Exchanges
- Exchanges are processed once the returned item is received and inspected
- If the requested replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
